This includes harvesting 500,000 litres of rainwater, recycling 100% of water to potable levels, utilising 19 recharge pits to enhance groundwater, and installing water-efficient fixtures resulting in a 35% reduction in water usage.

Through meticulous site preservation efforts, we have saved or transplanted over 100 out of 120 trees, preserving the natural beauty of our surroundings.

Achieving net zero energy consumption, we've enhanced energy efficiency by 50%, harnessing over 750 kW of solar energy to power our facilities. By prioritising sustainability, we're leading the way towards a greener future.

Excavated sand, instead of being sent to landfills, is repurposed into low-carbon earth blocks. These sustainable blocks save up to 30% more energy compared to conventional concrete blocks, supporting eco-friendly construction practices.

With our organic waste management program, we convert 100% of organic waste into nutrient-rich manure through a 375 kg treatment plant, contributing to a more sustainable and eco-friendly ecosystem and reducing our environmental impact.

Our commitment to climate responsiveness includes the adoption of natural cooling systems- such as using excavated sand bricks, designing generous vertical height to encourage passive airflow, and building with natural materials. By preserving the existing trees on-site and integrating them into the design, we further enhance the microclimate, effectively reducing energy requirements and minimizing our environmental footprint- aligned with our vision of a sustainable future.
